Benjamin Jimenez is an Assistant Vice President for Thomas D. Wood & Company, where he is responsible for the underwriting and origination of commercial real estate loans.

Mr. Jimenez started with Thomas D. Wood & Company in 1999 as a loan analyst assisting the company in the origination and underwriting of commercial real estate loans. Mr. Jimenez is also a Commercial Real Estate Associate with Colliers Abood Wood-Fay Real Estate Group. Prior to joining Thomas D. Wood and Company Mr. Jimenez worked for Friedman & Company, a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting company in Coconut Grove.

Specializing in the appraisal and feasibility studies of multi-family condominium and rental development projects. Mr. Jimenez holds a BBA with a concentration in Finance from Florida International University.
