Lawrence H. Stockton is a Vice President with Thomas D. Wood and Company where he works in commercial loan production and specializes in the financing of multi-family properties. Mr. Stockton is a licensed mortgage broker in the state of Florida.

Mr. Stockton is also Vice President of Colliers Abood Wood-Fay Real Estate Group. Originally with Wood-Fay Realty Group, Mr. Stockton specializes in the sale of multi-family properties. With over twenty years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Stockton has been responsible for the sale and financing of over 7,000 units.

Before joining Wood-Fay Realty Group, Mr. Stockton worked for Florida Community Housing Assistance Corporation, where he was the Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions for their portfolio of multi-family assets.

Prior to his tenure in Florida, Mr. Stockton was the Marketing Director and Acquisitions Manager for Minkoff Development Corp., in Gaithersburg, MD. His activities there included the marketing and leasing of a one million square foot commercial property portfolio and the identification and analysis of potential commercial development sites.

Mr. Stockton received his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate from San Diego University and his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from James Madison University. He currently resides in Coral Gables, FL.
