Susan Traino - Vice President
As Vice President of Thomas D. Wood and Company, Ms. Traino’s main focus is the placement of equity, mezzanine, construction and permanent capital.  She is a Licensed Mortgage Broker in the State of Florida.

Ms. Traino is also Vice President with Colliers Abood Wood-Fay, LLC and a member of Colliers Investment Services Group.  At Colliers, her focus includes the sale of retail, office and other institutional commercial real estate.

Ms. Traino has 15 years experience in the real estate industry working with private companies, Fortune 500 companies and Investment Advisors, both in a transactional and financial management capacity that started in New York City with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC. Ms. Traino has extensive experience in retail, office buildings, land, and senior housing, with three of her most noteworthy transactions being the acquisition of the  T-REX Center in Boca Raton, Florida, the financing of the NAP of the Americas in Miami, Florida, and the sale of the Carlisle, a  senior housing portfolio. All transactions were in excess of $110 million.

Ms. Traino holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Monmouth University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is a Certified Pubic Accountant.

Ms. Traino is currently working towards achieving the internationally recognized CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
