William T. Kaler Jr. is an Assistant Vice President with Thomas D. Wood and Company where he is responsible for the origination and analysis of commercial real estate loans. Mr. Kaler is also a Commercial Real Estate Associate with Colliers Abood Wood Fay where his focus is investment and industrial sales.

A native Floridian, Mr. Kaler has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate and finance industries, where he has been involved at all levels associated with the sales, leasing, investment analysis and loan origination.

Prior to joining Thomas D. Wood and Company, Mr. Kaler was with Bayview Financial in the small balance commercial loan division where he was responsible for commercial loan production at the wholesale level.

Mr. Kaler graduated from Florida State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He acquired his Florida real estate license in 1987 and has also earned a NASD Series 7 license, and commercial underwriting certification.
