Apr 2 , 2007 Thomas D. Wood and Company Arranges $1,600,000 to Finance Minneola Plaza and Canterbury Plaza.
Orlando, FL. April 2, 2007 -

The Orlando Office of Thomas D. Wood and Company is pleased to announce the arrangement of financing for Minneola Plaza, in the amount of $500,000, and Canterbury Plaza, in the amount of $1,100,000.

Company Assistant Vice President John Worrell secured financing for Minneola Plaza on behalf of the owner through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s lender relationship with StanCorp Mortgage Investors.  Financing was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 6.5% in the amount of $500,000.  The 31,345 square-foot property is located at 303, 305, and 307 North Highway 27, Minneola, Florida.

Company Vice President Jeff Schnupp secured financing for Canterbury Plaza on behalf of the owner through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s lender relationship with Kansas City Life Insurance Company.  Financing was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 6.125% in the amount of $1,100,000, for a 10-year term with a 22-year amortization.  The 8,600 square-foot office plaza, comprised of two 4,300 square-foot buildings, is located at 100 and 110 Burnsed Place, Oviedo, Florida.
