Jan 3, 2008 Thomas D. Wood and Company Arranges $12,440,665 for the Development of Crystal Beach Plaza in Palm Harbor, Florida

Orlando, Florida—January 3, 2008—

Doug Rozzell, Principal for Thomas D. Wood and Company, secured   financing in the amount of $12,440,665 for the development of Crystal Beach Plaza in Palm Harbor, Florida.  Rozzell financed the loan through a national banking institution, at a rate of 30-day LIBOR plus 200 basis points.  The interest-only construction loan has a 24-month term, and a loan-to-value of 75%.  The 59,000 square-foot Publix-anchored retail center will be built on 6.5 acres.  Crystal Beach Plaza is located at the northeast corner of   Alternate US Highway 19 and Alderman Road, Palm Harbor, Florida.
