Thomas D. Wood, Jr., Company President, refinanced Great Southwest Industrial through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent relationship with Summit Investment Partners.  The fixed-rate loan has a term of 10 years, based on a 20-year amortization and a loan-to-value of 60%.  The interest rate is 6.5%.  The multi-building industrial development was built between the years 1968 and 1980, for a total of 190,029 square feet.  Great Southwest Industrial is located at 812 E. Northside Drive, 5001-03 N. Freeway, and 5116 NE Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas.
