Marshall Smith, Executive Vice President for Thomas D. Wood and Company, secured financing in the amount of $1,943,800 for the 9600 Office Building and Tuffy’s Auto Service Center.

Smith financed the 9600 Office Building in Coral Springs, Florida, through Summit Investment Partners, one of Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent lenders.  The second mortgage loan was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 6.29% for a 10-year term and a 25-year amortization, in the amount of $1,000,000.  The loan-to-value is 54%.  The 35,396 square-foot office building is home to Colonial Bank, and is located at 9600 W. Sample Road, Coral Springs, Florida.

Smith arranged financing in the amount of $943,800 for Tuffy’s Auto Service Center in Riverview, Florida.  Smith financed the loan through Skymar Capital Corporation, one of Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent lenders, at a permanent fixed rate of 6.375%.  The loan term is 10 years with a 25-year amortization, and a loan-to-value of 70%.  The 4,980 square-foot auto service center was built in 2007, and is located at 10119 McMullen Road, Riverview, Florida.
