Brad Cox, CCIM, CPM, Company Vice President, financed the loan through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent relationship with StanCorp Mortgage Investors at a permanent fixed-rate of 7.25%. The fully-amortizing loan has a term of 20 years and a loan-to-value of 52%. The 13,208 square-foot single-tenant retail store was built in 1998, and is located at 407 S. Main Street, Weatherford, Texas.
