Company Vice President Alan R. Cohen secured financing for 3400 North 29th Avenue on behalf of the owner through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s lender relationship with Kansas City Life Insurance Company. Financing was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 6.125% in the amount of $1,300,000, for a 10-year term with a 25-year amortization. The 19,987 square-foot industrial building is located in Hollywood, Florida.
Company Assistant Vice President William Kaler secured financing for the 7340 Building on behalf of the owner through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s lender relationship with StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC. Financing was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 6.125% based on a 10-year term with a 25-year amortization, in the amount of $500,000. The office building is located at 7340 SW 61st Court, South Miami, Florida.
