Company Assistant Vice President Ben Jimenez structured the transaction through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent relationship with StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC. The $2,750,000 loan was secured at a rate of 6.375% with a 20-year term and 20-year amortization.
