The Miami Office of Thomas D. Wood and Company secured $1,050,000 for Compass Moving and Storage in Hialeah, Florida, and $500,000 in financing for the Stoner Building in South Miami, Florida.
Company Assistant Vice President Ben Jimenez secured financing for Compass Moving and Storage on behalf of the owner through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent relationship with StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC. Financing was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 6.375% in the amount of $1,050,000, for a 15-year term with a 15-year amortization. The 45,400 square-foot industrial building is located at 4301-4499 East 10 Court, Hialeah, Florida.
Company Assistant Vice President William Kaler secured financing for the Stoner building on behalf of the owner through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent relationship with StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC. Kaler refinanced the property at a permanent fixed rate of 6.25% based on a 10-year term with a 22-year amortization, in the amount of $500,000. The 7,750 square-foot industrial building is located at 5791 Commerce Lane, South Miami, Florida.
