Wood and Company’s lender relationship with a regional banking institution. The interest-only bridge loan was secured in the amount of $42,000,000. The 266,808 square-foot office building is home to major tenants Progressive Insurance, Farm Stores, Everglades Foundation and Sapient. Palmetto Bay Village Center is located at 18001 Old Cutler Road, Palmetto Bay, Florida.
