May 30, 2007 Thomas D. Wood and Company Arranges $3,400,000 to Finance Regent Shoppes and Three Meineke Locations
Orlando, FL. May 30, 2007 -

The Orlando Office of Thomas D. Wood and Company is pleased to announce the arrangement of financing for Regent Shoppes, in the amount of $1,700,000, and three Meineke locations, in the amount of $1,700,000.  Financing for the properties was arranged by Company Vice President Jeff Schnupp.

Financing for Regent Shoppes was secured by Schnupp on behalf of the owner through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s lender relationship with a conduit lender.  Financing was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 5.87% in the amount of $1,700,000, for a 10-year term with a 30-year amortization.  The 10,750 square-foot retail plaza is home to major tenants Subway and Allstate, and is located at 3272 Canoe Creek Road, St. Cloud, Florida.

Financing for the three Meineke Car Care Centers was secured by Schnupp on behalf of the owner through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent relationship with Ameritas Life Insurance Company.  Financing was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 6.34% in the amount of $1,700,000, for a 10-year term with a 20-year amortization.  The Meineke properties are located on Lee Road and West Colonial Drive in Orlando, Florida, and South Woodland Avenue in DeLand, Florida.
