The Tampa Office of Thomas D. Wood and Company is pleased to announce the arrangement of financing for Teakwood Mobile Home Park in the amount of $957,000, and South 8th Street Shopping Centers in the amount of $900,000. Financing for both properties was arranged by Company Vice President Rod Anderson. 

Financing for Teakwood Mobile Home Park was secured by Anderson on behalf of Teakwood 17, LLC, through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s lender relationship with StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC.  The acquisition was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 6.5% in the amount of $957,000. The 5.24-acre park is located at 8652 Jake Carlton Road in Yulee, Florida.

As with Teakwood Mobile Home Park, financing for South 8th Street Shopping Centers was secured by Anderson on behalf of the owner through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent lender relationship with StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC.  The refinance was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 6.25% for a 10-year loan with a 20-year amortization, in the amount of $900,000.  The 12,656 square-foot retail property, comprised of two buildings, is located at 401 and 528 South 8th Street, Fernandina Beach, Florida.
