June 13, 2007 Thomas D. Wood and Company Arranges $4,350,000 in Financing for Polynesian Apartments in Homestead, Florida

The Miami Office of Thomas D. Wood and Company secured $4,350,000 to finance Polynesian Apartments, an 85-unit apartment complex in Homestead, Florida.

Company Vice President Alan R. Cohen structured the transaction through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s lender relationship with a national banking institution.  The non-recourse loan was secured in the amount of $4,350,000 at a rate of 6.65%, with a five-year term and 40-year amortization.  The 62,552 square-foot apartment complex was built in 1972 on 4.26 acres of land.  Polynesian Apartments is located at 50, 150 and 250 SE 6th Avenue, Homestead, Florida.
