Company Assistant Vice President Benjamin Jimenez structured the transaction through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s relationship with a national banking institution.  The loan was secured in the amount of $3,550,000 at a permanent fixed rate of 5.87%, with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization.  The 14,550 square-foot Walgreens is located at 1326 North Jeffries Boulevard, Walterboro, South Carolina.
