July 11, 2007 Thomas D. Wood and Company Arranges $1,865,000 in Financing for Maguire Pointe Retail Center and Oakland Avenue Office Building

Orlando, Florida—July 11, 2007—

The Orlando Office of Thomas D. Wood and Company is pleased to announce the  arrangement of financing for Maguire Pointe Retail Center in the amount of $1,200,000, and Oakland Avenue Office Building in the amount of $665,000. Financing for both properties was arranged by Company Assistant Vice President John Worrell

Financing for Maguire Pointe Retail Center was secured by Worrell on behalf of the owners through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent lender relationship with StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC.  The refinance was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 6.125% for a five-year term with a 25-year amortization, in the amount of $1,200,000.  The 4,985 square-foot retail center is located at 2462 Maguire Road, Ocoee, Florida.

As with Maguire Pointe, financing for Oakland Avenue was secured by Worrell on behalf of the owner through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent lender relationship with StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC.  The refinance was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 6.125% for a five-year term with a  25-year amortization, in the amount of $665,000.  The 4,554 square-foot owner-occupied office building is located at 2 West Oakland Avenue, Oakland, Florida.
