Aug 15, 2007 Thomas D. Wood and Company Arranges $2,700,000 in Financing for Concord Plaza Retail Center in Concord, New Hampshire

Miami, Florida—August 15, 2007—

Marshall Smith, Executive Vice President for Thomas D. Wood and    Company, arranged financing in the amount of $2,700,000 for Concord Plaza retail center in Concord, New Hampshire.  Smith refinanced the loan with Advantus Capital Management, one of Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent lenders, at a permanent fixed-rate of 5.75% with a 22-year term and 22-year amortization.  The retail center was built in 2000 and is home to major tenants Panera Bread and Verizon. Concord Plaza is located at 77 Fort Eddy Road, Concord, New Hampshire.
