Wood and Company’s correspondent lenders, at a permanent fixed-rate of 5.75% with a 22-year term and 22-year amortization.  The retail center was built in 2000 and is home to major tenants Panera Bread and Verizon. Concord Plaza is located at 77 Fort Eddy Road, Concord, New Hampshire.
