Smith refinanced the loan with one of Thomas D. Wood and Company’s institutional lenders at a permanent fixed rate of 5.82%. The loan term is 10 years interest-only. The shopping center was redeveloped in 2006 and is home to major tenants Publix, Marshall’s and Office Depot. The 124,000 square-foot shopping center is located at the northwest corner of McNab Road (SE 15th Street) and US Highway 1, Pompano Beach, Florida.
