Wood and Company, secured financing in the amount of $1,675,000 for the CVS Pharmacy in Pensacola, Florida.  The loan was financed through Summit Investment Partners, one of Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent lenders, at a permanent fixed-rate of 6.49%.  The loan term is 10 years, based on a 19-year amortization, and a loan-to-value of 57.5%.  The 10,908 square-foot retail store was built in 1997 and is located at 5301 North Palafox Highway, Pensacola, Florida.
