Cohen structured the transaction with Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society, securing the $2,900,000 loan at a permanent fixed-rate of 6.10%, and a term of 10/25.  The Complex is home to major tenants Eastern Financial Credit Union, Bank of America, FP&L and Radio Disney.  Eastern Financial Center is located at 2150-2170 West 68th Street, Hialeah, Florida.
