The loan was financed through one of Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent life insurance companies at a permanent fixed-rate of 6.25%. The fully-amortizing loan has a 15-year term and amortization, and a loan-to-value of 42%. The Wal-Mart-anchored shopping center is currently 164,672 square feet, and Wal-Mart plans to add a grocery component to their existing store by expanding their space by 40,000 square feet. Forest Ridge Shopping Center is also home to major tenants Radio Shack and Subway, and is located at 1636 Hendersonville Road, Asheville, North Carolina.
