Smith financed the loan with Advantus Capital Management, one of Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent lenders, at a permanent fixed rate of 6.70%. The loan is co-terminus with an existing loan, which was originally a 10-year loan with approximately eight years remaining, and a 25-year amortization, with a loan-to-value of 53%. The 53,984 square-foot warehouse complex, comprised of three single-story buildings, is located at 3125 John P. Curci Drive and 2550 Park Road, Pembroke Park, Florida.
