Jimenez financed the loan with StanCorp Mortgage Investors, one of Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent lenders, at a permanent fixed rate of 6.75%. The loan term is 20 years, with a 20-year amortization, and a loan-to-value of 72%. The 11,000 square-foot office building was built in 2007, and is located at 10260 Miller Drive, Kendall, Florida.
