Rozzell financed the loan through a national banking institution, at a rate of 30-day LIBOR plus 210 basis points. The interest-only construction loan has a 24-month term. The 11,414 square-foot retail center will be built on 1.5 acres, and home to major tenants BB&T Bank and FedEx-Kinko’s. The Quadrangle Shoppes is located at the corner of University Boulevard and Rouse Road, Orlando, Florida.
