Thomas D. Wood and Company, a Strategic Alliance Mortgage LLC member, secured financing in the amount of $4,000,000 for Medley Industrial in Miami, Florida.  William Kaler, Company Assistant Vice President, financed the loan through Aviva Capital Management, one of Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent life insurance companies, at a permanent fixed-rate of 6.44%.  The loan term is 10 years, based on a 25-year amortization, and a loan-to-value of 70%.  The 118,000 square-foot multi-tenant industrial building was built in 1970 and is located at 7650 NW 69th Avenue, Miami, Florida.
