Orlando, Florida—November 16, 2007—

Jeff Schnupp, Vice President for Thomas D. Wood and Company, arranged financing in the amount of $5,950,000 for Gold’s Gym South Beach and Outdoor RV Storage Company.

Schnupp arranged financing in the amount of $4,000,000 for the Gold’s Gym in Miami Beach, Florida, through StanCorp Mortgage Investors, one of Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent lenders, at a permanent fixed rate of 6.75%. The loan term is 15 years with a 25-year amortization, and a loan-to-value of 60%. The 12,770 square-foot health club is located at 1400 Alton Road, Miami Beach, Florida.

Schnupp also secured financing with StanCorp for the Outdoor RV Storage Company in Fort Myers, Florida. The refinance was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 6.75% for a five-year term and a 25-year amortization, in the amount of $1,950,000. The loan-to-value is 75%. The Outdoor RV Storage Company was built in 2003, and is located on five acres at 6601 Industrial Drive, Fort Myers, Florida.
