Feb 22, 2007 Thomas D. Wood and Company Arranges $4,200,000 to Finance the SunTrust Colonnade in Orlando, Florida.

Orlando, FL – February 22, 2007 –

The Orlando Office of Thomas D. Wood and Company is pleased to announce the arrangement of financing for SunTrust Colonnade Retail in the amount of $4,200,000.

Company Vice President Jeff Schnupp secured financing for the SunTrust Colonnade on behalf of the owner through Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent lender relationship with Aviva Capital Management.  Financing was secured at a permanent fixed rate of 5.88% in the amount of $4,200,000, for a 10-year term with a 25-year amortization.  The 19,923 square-foot retail shops are a part of The Wellesley Condominiums and home to major tenants such as SunTrust Bank, Harmoni Markets and the Beauty Spot.
