Serving as an Assistant Vice President, Dan is responsible for providing clients with advice regarding the lending industry and securing both debt and equity for clients’ commercial real estate needs through a variety of lending sources including Life Insurance Companies, Banks, Credit Unions, private money and large institutional sources.  After graduating from the University of Florida with a BSBA in Finance and an MS in Real Estate, he spent three years with a local firm involved in both the financing and development of commercial real estate.   Being an active alum, Dan serves as the “Central Florida Captain” for the UF-FARE Program (Friends & Alumni of Real Estate).  Dan also serves on the Board for CCIM Central District as part of University Alliance Committee.
