Doug Rozzell is the Principal of Thomas D. Wood and Company, where he serves as a senior loan officer and manager of the Orlando office.

Mr. Rozzell brings with him over 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience. He most recently served as the Director of the Capital Markets Unit with Cohen Financial, where his responsibilities included the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate debt and equity throughout the Southeast. Rozzell joined Cohen Financial in 2000 to originate loans in their Tampa Office.

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Rozzell served fifteen years as a Commercial Lending Officer with South Trust Bank, First Union and Southeast Bank in Orlando.

Mr. Rozzell is a graduate from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Economics.
