The loan included a permanent floating to fix rate feature at a very competitive interest rate. The building was completely vacant at the time of purchase or when purchased in 2015. The client invested over $5,000,000 in renovations to upgrade the building with impressive space that is highly interactive and tech friendly. The building is now a “Class A” office building with high-end finishes and a two-story atrium.
