Thomas D. Wood & Company’s Sarasota office secured a $29,600,000 construction loan for the Estero Oaks Apartments, a 280-unit Class A apartment complex in Estero, Florida. The funds will be used to provide financing for the construction and stabilization of the development of a rental community
