Thomas D. Wood and Company arranged $5,000,000 in permanent fixed rate financing through one of their correspondent life insurance companies secured by a Coral Gables office building. The borrower used the proceeds to refinance the ballooning $4.3 million dollar note and fund the renovation and conversion of the 5th and 6th floors into co-working and shared office space.
